The hotel room I stayed in was a nightmare. From the TV not working to a stinky twin room filled with smoke, a constantly flushing toilet, and a broken seat, the experience was far from enjoyable. However, the bathroom was superbly clean and warm. I'll definitely be looking for a refund.

The hotel rooms were a nice size but appeared tired and shabby with marked upholstery and worn carpet. Some cleanliness issues were noted, like dust on the television and a not very clean hairdryer, though cleaner than the room originally. The service was a mix of helpful and accommodating staff but marred by some lack of control over alcohol consumption in public areas. The location was excellent within walking distance of all amenities. The dining experience was limited and somewhat slow, possibly due to the current circumstances. Overall, a decent stay marred by some maintenance and service issues.
